Adopting Ayanna Simone: Sam and Teresa are adopting Ayanna Simone. Ayanna was born with severe trachea malacia and T fistula. She now has a new trach, as well as well as a g-tube for nurishment. She also has an osteomy as she was born with no opening to her anus. She will also have to have to undergo several more surgeries to correct and connect all the pieces and parts....Her offical diagnosis is "v.a.d.e.r" syndrome. She has the most amazing disposition...full of smiles and is a HUGE blessing. We couldn't have prayed for a more perfect addition to our family. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read about our little girl....

What: We are raising $7000.00 to complete our adoptiong of Ayanna Simone.

When: We need to raise this money as quickly as possible to pay our legal fees in order to finalize the adoption.

How you can help: Purchace a piece of the puzzle. Each peice is $1.00 but feel free to purchase as many pieces as you would like. As you purchase the piece, we will add it to the puzzle to complete the picture and complete our adoption.
